- City Administration Building
- City Clerk
- City Hall
- Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum
- Colorado Springs Tennis at Memorial Park
- Deerfield Hills, Hillside, Meadows Park, and Otis Community Centers
- Memorial Park Recreation Center
- Municipal Court
- Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services Administrative Building
- Prospect Lake Boating – Closed to non-motorized watercraft
- Sales Tax Office
- Sports Office and Therapeutic Recreation Programs at Memorial Park
- Starsmore Visitor and Nature Center
The following facilities will remain open:
- Deerfield Hills Community Center Spray Ground
- Garden of the Gods Park
- Patty Jewett Golf Course
- Pikes Peak – America’s Mountain (Weather permitting)
- Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site – Closed on July 4
