"Together we are Stronger"

Welcome to the CSPD Community Relations website. Since our humble beginnings in the late 1800's, the CSPD has maintained a standard of excellence in the area of community relations. We embrace a Community Oriented Policing philosophy, rather than only crime response.  The CSPD Community Relations Unit in partnerships with all of our sworn and civilian staff strives to maintain open communication with the community members and build strong relationships across the city.
