The City of Colorado Springs will be removing and replacing the bridge structure on El Paso Blvd over the Fountain Creek Tributary. The bridge is located approximately 500’ east of the Manitou Springs city limit. Originally built in 1955, the bridge will be replaced with a concrete box culvert similar in height and width to the existing structure, but longer to allow for an improved roadway cross-section featuring wider shoulders and a sidewalk on the north side of the roadway.
Project Schedule
The project is scheduled to commence after Labor Day and is anticipated to continue through end of the 2023 year.

The Project is funded by PPRTA as an A-list project.
