About Sertich Ice Center

Mission Statement

To provide Colorado Springs with a safe and healthy environment for the community to participate in a variety of ice sports & activities – strengthening their mental, physical, and social health.

About

Sertich Ice Center was built in 1975 under its original name, the Memorial Park Ice Center. In 1986, the facility had been renamed the Mark “Pa” Sertich Ice Center, after its handyman - a friend to generations of skaters and hockey players alike. The 35,000 square foot facility features an NHL regulation-size ice surface and offers bleacher seating for up to 2000 patrons.

Sertich Ice Center is the proud epicenter of the City of Colorado Springs' Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services ice sports activities and provides services year-round. Programs include Learn to Skate classes, drop-in hockey programs, figure and public skating sessions, group and birthday parties, ice rentals, and much more. In addition, the facility provides ice to multiple organizations and partnerships throughout Colorado for practices, training, games, competitions, tournaments and more. The facility is conveniently located on the northeast corner of Memorial Park in Colorado Springs, less than 10 minutes East of Downtown.

Refund Policy

Sertich generally does not provide any refunds – all sales of retail items, services, and admissions are final. Facility memberships and class registrations are open to refunds (refund requests must be submitted in writing, a minimum of two business days prior to the start of the corresponding event or program).
