Notice of Public Hearing: Colorado Springs residents invited to give input on City priorities for the use of federal grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The City of Colorado Springs Housing and Community Vitality Department invites residents, advocates and stakeholders to participate in free public meetings to share their experiences and views to inform the City’s 2024 Annual Action Plan for the use of federal block grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Funds support affordable housing, homelessness prevention, economic development, nonprofit assistance and neighborhood and public infrastructure improvements for low- and moderate-income residents. Grant fund sources are the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Colorado Springs Housing and Community Vitality Department will conduct two public hearings for the purpose of obtaining citizens’ views. Meetings can be attended in person, online virtually via Teams, or by telephone.
