Starting on Tuesday, Oct. 1, a traffic shift will occur on Fillmore Street, east of Interstate 25. This allows work to continue on the Fillmore Bridges maintenance project.
Westbound traffic is reduced to one lane from one mile east of Mark Dabling Boulevard to the I-25 interchange. Eastbound traffic will have two lanes open from the I-25 interchange to about one mile east of the Mark Dabling intersection.
No left turns are allowed from eastbound Fillmore Street onto Mark Dabling Boulevard or from westbound Fillmore onto Steel Drive.
This traffic shift allows crews to maintain the bridges over the creek and railroad. This includes repairs to the bridge deck on both structures, waterproofing, and an asphalt overlay. The work should conclude at the end of 2024.
