Notice: New Sales Tax System for Online Filing. The City of Colorado Springs Sales Tax Office has transitioned to a new online licensing and tax filing system, powered by MUNIRevs.  This system will greatly improve our business’s experience by allowing businesses to file and pay taxes at any time via an internet connected device, view their account history on demand, and delegate access to tax professionals, for filing on their behalf.

The City sent out registration letters to your mailing address in addition to emails the week of 7/6 to 7/9, with instructions on how to log in and register in the new system. It can take upwards of a week for mail to arrive. Please wait to receive your registration letter before trying to log in, as it contains your unique activation code.  We encourage all businesses to apply and/or file online in our new MUNIRevs system starting July 12, 2021. If you haven’t received your activation code by this time, you will be able to connect to your account using tax amounts from 2020 period filings.
